Job description

Job requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position within the steel construction or mechanical engineering sector;
  • MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in metal engineering or mechanical engineering;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach your team;
  • A positive and flexible attitude;
  • Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/MAG) and experience with CNC machines is an advantage;
  • Eye for quality, safety and efficiency;
  • In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one.
