Who are we at Collegaa Employment Agency and what do we do for you?
Our story begins in 2000, when Serge entered the staffing industry after his assignment with a web developer ended and his secondment agreement with the staffing agency continued. This is how he ended up in the world of temping, where he found his passion. Serge gained valuable experience at both regional and national staffing agencies, as well as software developers in the staffing industry until 2022, working with both Dutch and European staff in various sectors.
In 2022, Serge decided to set up Collegaa Uitzendbureau. We started small, from home as a sole proprietorship, and soon grew into a full-fledged B.V. with our base in Malden since 2023. Our specialisation? Temping and secondment of staff in the construction and engineering sectors. And we continue to grow: since 2025, we have moved to a new location in Wijchen to continue this growth.
At Collegaa, it's all about people. Whether you come for staffing, secondment or recruitment: we always work with a focus on personal contact. Automation is convenient, but with us it's all about the connection with both the client and our employees (or as we call them: our Collegaa's).
Our core values are clear: openness, honesty and transparency. As Serge often says, "Say what you do and do what you say!" This is important for both our clients and our Collegae. Sometimes an honest "No" is more valuable than a misleading "Yes". Other agencies sometimes promise more than they can deliver, but with us, you always know where you stand. We are honest about what we can and cannot offer, so you still have time to find another solution if we cannot help immediately. However, we always keep thinking with you and look for a suitable solution so that your project does not come to a standstill.

Meet Serge, the founder of Collegaa. From his own experiences in the labour market, he saw the need to bridge the gap between jobseekers and employers, and thus Collegaa was born. In close cooperation with partners throughout the Netherlands and Europe, Serge focuses strongly on personal relationships and customised support.
