What is a long term staffing agency?

We remain the legal employer, while the seconded employee is flexibly employed by you. This allows your company to quickly respond to temporary staffing needs without long-term commitments.

The cost of long term staffing depends on factors such as the duration of the assignment, the job level and the specific requirements of the assignment. Long term staffing costs consist of the employee's salary, any surcharges and a fee for our services. You pay per hour worked, with a minimum number of hours as stated in the contract. Posting must comply with collective agreements and legislation, with seconded employees being treated equally. A clear agreement between the long term staffing agency and the host company is essential, with agreements on duration, function and salary.

In the Netherlands, the maximum duration of posting is set at 24 months. This means that an employee can be posted for a maximum of 24 months.
