Anti discrimination

Collegaa has an active anti-discrimination policy.
We do not allow discrimination on the basis of belief, religion, political affiliation, race, sex, age, gender, nationality or marital status. Through internal procedures, we have secured this within our organisation.
Our employees are up to date with current laws and regulations and our internal procedures.

Failure to follow these procedures will result in sanctions for our employees. All employees are responsible for complying with these. Final responsibility for this lies with our management.

Specifically, this means that new employees are trained in recognising discrimination. This is addressed within their training. When we receive applications, we are alert and act proactively towards (potential) clients. Our vacancy texts are checked for possible discriminatory texts.

Do you encounter discrimination while working through us?
Report this directly to your contact person at the branch you work for!
If, in your opinion, your report is not handled well, please let us know at info@collegaa.nl.
Your report will then be taken up by our confidential advisor and you will be contacted.
