These conditions as well as the NBBU Collective Labour Agreement apply to the relationship between the (prospective) temporary worker and IconsWork (and/or its back office service provider) and to all possible temporary employment contracts concluded between the (prospective) temporary worker and IconsWork, but only if and as long as the (prospective) temporary worker is working in phase 1 or phase 2 as referred to in the NBBU Collective Labour Agreement.

Registration does not oblige the (prospective) temporary worker to accept an offer of temporary work. The registration does not oblige IconsWork to offer agency work to the (prospective) temporary worker. Each time the (prospective) temporary worker actually commences the temporary work agreed between the (prospective) temporary worker and IconsWork, a temporary employment contract arises. The temporary work is performed under the management and supervision of the relevant client of IconsWork or any third party designated by that client. The temporary worker must always be able to identify himself with a valid proof of identity and, if necessary, a foreigner's document.

I confirm by my signature that I understand the above information and all questions have been answered truthfully and that changes on my part should be communicated to IconsWork as soon as possible. I am aware that passing on false/wrong information may mean that any employment contract can be terminated without notice.
